Our farm is located in Kairouan, Tunisia. This region is known for its dry, intensely hot, and challenging climate. But that is exactly what gives our olive oil its unique character. The harsh conditions cause the olive trees to experience natural stress. As a result, they produce smaller but more concentrated olives with higher levels of antioxidants and more intense flavor. 

Grown by a Family, Not a Factory

At Touati Gold, authenticity begins with family. Our olive groves have been passed down through generations, carrying a legacy of care and craftsmanship. Each olive is handpicked at the early harvest stage, when nutrients and flavors are at their peak. Within hours, they are cold-pressed in small batches to preserve purity, aroma and the signature peppery finish that only true extra virgin olive oil can deliver.

We do not believe in industrial blends or misleading labels. Every bottle of Touati Gold contains 100 percent authentic extra virgin olive oil from a single origin, our family farm in Kairouan.
