When you taste Touati Gold, you're tasting authenticity shaped by a harsh climate
Our olive farm is located in Kairouan, Tunisia. This region is known for its dry, intensely hot, and challenging climate. But that is exactly what gives our olive oil its unique character.
The harsh conditions cause the olive trees to experience natural stress. As a result, they produce smaller but more concentrated olives, with higher levels of antioxidants and a more intense flavor.
Grown by a Family, Not a Factory
At Touati Gold, authenticity begins with family. Our olive groves have been passed down through generations, carrying a legacy of care and craftsmanship. Each olive is handpicked at the moment it is full of nutrients and flavor, resulting in a vibrant taste.
Shortly after harvest, the olives are cold-pressed in small batches to preserve purity, aroma, and the signature peppery finish that only true extra virgin olive oil can deliver.
Transparent and Authentic
We do not believe in industrial blends or misleading labels. Every bottle of Touati Gold contains 100 percent authentic extra virgin olive oil from a single origin: our family farm in Kairouan.
There are no hidden sources. Only honest craftsmanship, deeply rooted in the land and culture of North Africa.
Our farming methods are sustainable and respectful to the environment, ensuring this tradition can continue for generations to come. Our farming process is completely natural, and we do not use any pesticides.
Made from the rare Lagoumi olives
Our olive oil is made from the rare Tunisian Lagoumi olive. This variety delivers a robust, vibrant taste with a distinct peppery finish. Lagoumi olives are unique because they exist only in small quantities and exclusively in Tunisia.
