Processing time
We do our best to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after payment has been received. Processing may take a little longer during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code, where available.
The processing time is in addition to the estimated transit time. The delivery period stated on the product page or at checkout before you place your order forms part of the agreement.

We ship our orders using reliable shipping partners. The available shipping methods and their costs are clearly displayed at checkout.
Delivery times
The expected delivery times are estimates and may vary by country:

• Luxembourg: 2–4 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier congestion, public holidays or unforeseen circumstances. Unless another delivery period has been agreed, we will deliver no later than 30 days after the agreement was concluded. Your statutory rights remain fully applicable in the event of late delivery.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery address and the weight of the order. Any promotions or offers that include free shipping are clearly communicated on the website.
Shipping costs by country, including free-shipping thresholds:
• The Netherlands: € 6.45 (free shipping on orders of € 50 or more)
• Belgium: € 9.95 (free shipping on orders of € 75 or more)
• Germany, France, Luxembourg, Italy and Spain: € 11.45 (free shipping on orders of € 100 or more)
• Austria, Poland, Portugal and Denmark: € 13.95 (free shipping on orders of € 125 or more)
• Sweden and Hungary: € 17.95 (free shipping on orders of € 150 or more)
• Croatia, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia: € 19.50 (free shipping on orders of € 150 or more)
The final shipping costs are shown at checkout before you place the order.
International shipping
We ship to selected European countries available at checkout. Import duties are not normally charged for deliveries within the EU customs territory. If we offer delivery outside this territory and import duties, taxes or local charges may apply, we will make this as clear as possible before you place the order. To the extent permitted by law and disclosed in advance, these costs are payable by the customer.
Risk and responsibility
Touati Gold remains responsible for loss or damage until you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have physically received the order. This does not apply if you choose a carrier that we did not offer.
If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so that we can resolve the matter for you. You do not have to deal directly with a carrier selected by Touati Gold.
Incorrect address details
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete. If you discover an error, contact us as soon as possible. Reasonable, documented additional costs arising solely from an incorrect address provided by you may be charged to you. This does not apply where Touati Gold or the carrier caused the error.
Uncollected or returned parcels
If a parcel is not collected without a valid reason, or is returned by the carrier because an incorrect address was provided, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reasonable, documented additional shipping costs resulting from this may be charged to you. This does not limit your statutory rights where Touati Gold or the carrier is responsible for the failed delivery.
Pre-order policy
Some Touati Gold products may be offered as pre-orders. This means that the product is not immediately in stock when you place the order and will be dispatched at a later date.
A different processing time applies to pre-orders. The expected dispatch date or dispatch period is stated on the product page or at checkout before you place the order. This period may change because of production, harvest, quality control, transport or other unforeseen circumstances, but it does not give Touati Gold an unlimited right to postpone delivery.
Orders containing both pre-order products and products that are immediately available will generally be dispatched in one shipment once the pre-order product becomes available, unless stated otherwise before the order is placed.
Once a pre-order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by email with a tracking code, where available. From that point, the regular delivery times in this Shipping policy apply.
If there is a material delay, we will inform you as soon as possible and, where possible, provide a new reasonable delivery period. Your statutory rights in the event of late delivery remain applicable. If delivery becomes permanently impossible, we will cancel the pre-order and refund the amount received without undue delay.
