Purchase options cancellation policy – Touati Gold

Some Touati Gold products may be offered as pre-orders. This policy explains how pre-orders work and how withdrawal, cancellation and refunds are handled.

Pre-orders

A pre-order is an order for a product that is not immediately available when the order is placed and will be delivered at a later date.

By placing a pre-order, you agree to deferred delivery. The expected dispatch date or dispatch period is stated on the product page or at checkout before you place the order. Where this period is described as an estimate, it may change because of production, harvest, transport, quality control or other unforeseen circumstances. An estimated period does not give Touati Gold an unlimited right to postpone delivery.

A pre-order must be paid for in full and in advance when the order is placed, unless expressly stated otherwise before you place the order.

Pre-orders may be processed in the order in which they are received, and available quantities may be limited before an order is placed. This does not change the obligations that apply to an order confirmed by Touati Gold.

If there is a material delay, we will inform you as soon as possible and, where possible, provide a new reasonable delivery period. Your statutory rights in the event of late delivery remain fully applicable.

If delivery becomes permanently impossible, we will cancel the pre-order and refund the amount received without undue delay. This does not limit any further rights you may have under applicable law.

Withdrawal and cancellation

As a consumer, when making an online purchase you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days. For goods, this period begins on the day after you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have received the product.

You can withdraw by sending us an unequivocal statement within this period through one of the online withdrawal forms or by email, as described in our Return and refund policy. After giving notice of withdrawal, you must return the product without undue delay and no later than 14 days after giving that notice.

You may only handle and inspect the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Opening packaging does not automatically result in the loss of the right of withdrawal. Only statutory exceptions apply, including, where appropriate, the exception for certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken.

Refunds

After withdrawal, we will refund the payments received for the part of the order that you have withdrawn from, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us. We will issue the refund no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you provide evidence that you have returned it, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to another method that does not incur any costs. For further information, exceptions and return instructions, please see our Return and refund policy.
